Ever pondered what it would be like to explore the magical world that is the Seven Kingdoms? Wonder not more - you can now visit the filming locations and experience the magic for yourself. Game of Thrones may be known for its dramatics and pulse-raising scenes, but it is also recognized for its exemplification of jaw-dropping landscapes and scenery.
There are companies that host their own Game of Throne tours within the the individual countries and cities, but if you're a "GOT" fanatic and are interested in exploring the world of Westeros in its entirety, the following mini-guide can help you plan your trip.
Visiting the filming locations of this incredibly popular show will have you in Spain, walking down the path Daenarys Targaryen took when first stepping in to the Seven Kingdoms. Next, you may find yourself in Castillo de Almodovar del Rio, which may be recognizable to fans as House Tyrell’s of Highgarden, or perhaps you'll end up in Alcazar of Seville, also known as the Water Gardens of the Palace of Dorne.
