If you live in New York City, or have even frequented the big apple, you have probably heard of the extremely selective, celebrity-filled, club formally known as Beatrice Inn. Located in the West Village of Manhattan, it closed down a few years back, and has recently re-opened as a restaurant. The crowd is still very much the same, and while spotting a famous face may be easy, obtaining a reservation for the exclusive restaurant is not. The Beatrice Inn is dark and sultry, with an intimate yet chatty ambience that is filled with upbeat music, set up with a front bar and two dining rooms.

If a meat-oriented meal is what you desire, then you will not be disappointed. While the entire menu is worth exploring, a few stand-out dishes are the following: The Yellowtail Carpaccio with porcini and truffle preserves, citrus, and chili; the Chicken Liver Pate with blackberry conserva and whole grain mustard, served alongside some perfectly toasted bread; the Braised Oxtail with mash, madeira, prunes, and thyme; 45 Day Dry Aged Burger with red wine caramelized onions, and D'affinois cheese, served on a brioche bun - the burger can also be topped with a fried egg or shaved truffles on request. The sommelier and the overall service deserve a gold star. Don't waste another moment! Begin your fight for the next reservation at Beatrice Inn and indulge in an absolutely unforgettable decadent dining experience.
